Șiria Vertical Loop

Shiria Vertical Loop 2h is a short-duration mountain running competition designed for both amateurs and professionals, promoting the tourist heritage of Arad County, especially Shiria Fortress. The race takes place on a vertical race route, with a 2.5 km loop and an elevation gain of approximately 240 meters per loop, with a total race duration of 2 hours. Participants must complete at least one full loop to be considered finishers, and the race is known for its difficulty and the mental challenge it presents. The event is part of the A.T.I.A. Trail Trilogy and is included in the ITRA National League.

Participants can also compete in teams of 3 members, with separate rankings for male and female teams. Team registration is free, and teams are formed from runners already registered individually. On-site registrations are possible within available spots, without a guarantee of a participation kit. The participation kit includes specific items, and registration cancellations are possible with a partial refund until July 15, 2025. Trail running, high difficulty, hydration points, mountain experience recommended, part of A.T.I.A. Trail Trilogy and ITRA National League.
