Buzău 21k

Buzău 21k is the first half marathon in Buzău County, organized by the Buzău Community Foundation, taking place on September 27, 2026. The event brings together the local community to promote movement, health, and charity, offering a vibrant running experience in the heart of the city. The route starts at the Buzău Athletics Stadium, crosses Crâng Park, and continues along the main boulevards and streets of the city, creating an atmosphere full of energy and joy. Buzău 21k is more than a sports competition; it is a manifesto for movement and community involvement.

Sport Expo for kit pickup takes place on Saturday, September 26, from 10:00 to 20:00. There is a time limit for completing the first lap of the 21k race, with a cutoff time of 10:30. The awards ceremony occurs between 14:00 and 15:00 on race day. Includes races for children and events promoting health and community engagement.
