TRAILRUN IN TARA NASAUDULUI

Trail Run in Țara Năsăudului is an outdoor running event for all age groups and experience levels, held around Casuțele din Plai, Valea Caselor, Năsăud. The event offers three different races: a 2 km course for children and families, an intermediate 5 km course with short climbs and forest paths, and a 10 km course for runners seeking an authentic trail-running challenge. Participants can enjoy a supportive atmosphere, socializing, and fair play, with hydration points along the courses and a Starter Kit included for the 5 km and 10 km races.

The start and finish of each course are at Casuțele din Plai, Valea Caselor, Năsăud. Car access to the start is prohibited; the organizers provide minibuses from the parking area by the chapel in Năsăud (meeting point and parking). The courses are available on Strava, with GPX files available to download to a smartwatch or phone. The Starter Kit includes the official T-shirt and medal for 10K, the medal for 5K, and the certificate for 2K. First place in the 10K Challenge also receives 2 nights of accommodation at Casuțele din Plai. The event includes courses for all ages and levels, emphasizing nature, community, and fair play, with the start in Valea Caselor, Năsăud.
