Race description
Mârzeşti Trail Run is an annual Cross Country running competition held in the Breazu area, Rediu commune, Iași County, with start and finish in front of the forest ranger station in Mârzeşti Forest. The varied routes include wooded areas, meadows, forest and agricultural roads, offering a unique outdoor running experience with flat sections, descents, and ramps. The event promotes outdoor sports and supports local social causes, providing an opportunity for joy and gathering for running enthusiasts. The half marathon distance and other races are suitable for different training levels, and the organization includes hydration points and referees on the course.

Additional information
The routes are supervised by referees and photographers, and traffic is not closed. The event supports local social causes through voluntary donations. Warming up before running is recommended. There are control points 200 meters from start/finish for all races. Trails include forest and meadow paths, Cross Country race, social involvement, promotion of nature and a healthy lifestyle.
